Using pdshosting

By using this site, creating an account, buying a hosting plan, or requesting a managed service, you agree to use PDS Hosting responsibly and only in ways that comply with applicable laws and acceptable site policies.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account login, control-panel access, and connected site access secure. We may limit, suspend, or remove access if an account is abused, used fraudulently, or used to disrupt the service.

Hosting plans and services

Hosting plans include the capacity, account access, support level, and managed service options shown at checkout or agreed in writing.

Payments and refunds

Paid plans renew on the billing cadence shown at purchase unless cancelled. We offer a 30-day refund window so you can test hosting with a real WordPress site.

Support

Support is provided through the channels listed on the support page. We help with hosting setup, migrations, DNS, control-panel access, billing, and account questions, but we cannot guarantee fixes for every third-party plugin, theme, or external service conflict.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product, pricing, or support model changes. The latest version on this page applies from the effective date shown below.
