Refund Policy

Plain-language refund terms for hosting, managed services, and domain-related requests.

Hosting refunds

Hosting plan refunds may be available within 30 days of the original purchase when the service has not met the plan description and support cannot reasonably help resolve the issue.

Domain registrations

Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, premium domains, and registry fees are generally non-refundable once submitted or processed because they are handled by external registry systems.

Managed services

Custom setup, migration, design, DNS, email, troubleshooting, and other managed service work may be non-refundable once work has started or has been delivered.

How to request a refund

Contact support with the account email, order details, and a short note about the issue. We may ask for troubleshooting details or service history before confirming the outcome.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Hosting, domain, dashboard, support, or managed service access may be changed after the refund is processed.
