This page covers PDS Hosting plan access, managed services, support eligibility, account access, and acceptable service use.
Hosting use
Hosting accounts may be used for lawful WordPress, WooCommerce, business, publishing, portfolio, and store sites that fit the selected plan.
Managed services
Migrations, launch support, DNS guidance, and care services are provided according to the plan, quote, or written agreement attached to the account.
Support
Active hosting accounts receive eligible support while the account remains in good standing. Expired, suspended, or cancelled accounts may lose support and control-panel access.
Restrictions
You may not abuse server resources, send spam, host unlawful content, bypass plan limits, attack other services, or use the service in a way designed to harm PDS Hosting or other users.
Ownership
PDS Hosting keeps ownership of the product names, branding, design, service workflows, and commercial distribution rights unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
